Last minute heroics, Greene to Johnson type situation.
averagedawg, when we see good things happen on the field, never fails that everyone has a high five for AM. Some say he is not accurate, others say different things, main thing in my mind is AM is a leader and AM could care less about AM. Check other quarterbacks out, might be better at this or that, none lead better than AM. FACT. Has never taken a shot at a coach or team mate. Can't say that for some others that I have watched in the SEC and other conferences.
If we watch the film on every game UGA has played this year when IC is in the backfield, we see on many occasions IC asking AM what it is he is supposed to do. That is the only reason a running back (freshman) talks to the quarterback that much. AM has the answers. That means as much as completion percentage. The fumbles, call it like it is . . . . that usually happens with freshmen, and IC is a freshman. Folks that is not ugly, that is football and AM is FOOTBALL. Watching IC, he can be anything he wants to be. Said in another thread, hope he will spend much (not all) of his time with JTII in the off season. It will put dollars in his pocket.
We have this young man coming in that is tall, great arm, all that. I hope that we have our game together and the new quarterback does not have to take the beating that AM has. Down this way we discuss the licks that AM has and is taking. Appreciate this leader folks, he is not about himself. Some of my gator friends would love to have AM, don't understand why he did not play in Gainesville to start with.
Soon, very soon there is going to be a thingy at the quarterback position. Some will leave, nothing wrong with that. Goes to show that UGA is on the mark to becoming all that. There will be some surprises at the quarterback position soon.

I'm guessing by the completion percentage that the first is Kellen Moore and the second is Murray.

Very close. Who knows what his numbers could have been had he been able to throw the ball the second half of the last two games. He would probably be side-by-side accept for completion percentage.

If that doen't fire you up, you're either not a Dawg or you're dead. But, that may even want the ol'Dawgs in heaven come back in my mind.
Proud of you AM, and proud of all of you Dawgs.

The goal has been to "get" to the SEC CG. Your're not there yet. Now, "Finish the Drill" and that means finish out with WINS. Once that goal is reached, you and all of Dawg Nation know what the next goal will be. But it's one game at a time. Play hard and stay focused.
GO DAWGS!!! GATA!!!:woohoo: :woohoo:

WoodstockDawg, there were certain games this year that AM could definitely have padded his numbers. Put up big numbers on Auburn and they were a better team than some we played earlier. Guess that is the point some of us have tried to make about AM, he is all about the team, and that is not just lip service on his part. I know that for a fact. Some that think he is too erratic will come to see that UGA has a special team player. Good point WoodstockDawg.
