AM Good on You!

From time to time I read some of the posts here from folks much younger than myself and others. Some have said, wish I had been a part of that day and time.

Below is a link for you younger folks, like in you 40's and around there to look at and remember.

Down the line you can pass this kind of UGA talk along to the "newbies", said with tongue in cheek. This happened during your time at UGA.

I love what happened in Sanford Stadium this past Saturday. Still hoisting a few, old farts have that right.

Main thing to me . . . AM got up off of the canvas (turf) from last season and what is it we say . . . paybacks are hell. Good on you AM, and the rest of this group of Dawgs. This is a special team of players, emphasizing TEAM.

Man the DAWGS did just what I wanted them to do. They did'nt showboat like a bunch of pretenders, they went out and took care of business, no bragging. They played a clean ball game and were professional in their demeanor,unlike that other group of thugs and misfits on the other side of the ball last year. If you're going to play GEORGIA this year and from now on you'd better strap it on tight. I am so proud of the way these guys came together after the 0-2 start. auburn, vandy, get ready for the next round,its coming your way and it wont be pretty. GOOOOOOOOOO DAWGS! SIC 'EM

You know what I can remember about walking out of Sanford Stadium on 11/12? There were a few fans yelling and cheering, but most were quiet. Like we had just steamrolled Slippery Rock or Elon or another Div II school.

Almost erie. We performed to near perfection and were basking in that silent glory. Businesslike - Cold - Calculated.

Buc, It's only a matter of time until AM has his defining moment.
