Buc, whatever it was that got Richt moving in the right direction, (and I assume you're right, the AD) I'm just glad that UGA football appears to be heading in the direction that we've been wanting for a couple of years now.

sadlerdawg, have always respected your thoughts. I too feel much better about our direction now, even though we supposedly had an easy schedule. Football is more than that, especially when we understand the game. (That is not a shot at Richt) From week to week you can see different players growing into their positions. Evaluating talent is not always the easiest thing to do, however it appears that Grantham with all of his experience has an eye for position play. Makes a huge difference, as you and the rest of us know. Could not believe some of the moves made by WM, and he was allowed to run the defense. That is one guy that I know Richt protected, think he learned his lesson on that one. Like you, whatever happened or whomever caused the change in Richt, I like it a lot.

Many have probably read this, if not . . . . kind of gets the blood moving on a Monday morning. Good read, lots of crossed fingers maybe. Has the possibilities of being a great recruiting class.

sadlerdawg and Buc, don't know if ya'll saw it but I saw (can't remember where) film of those two go at it at the Dawg Night.......looked to me like Jenkins ate Theus' lunch.....VERY quick.

I saw that film, wlayton, I think it was on ajc's website, and I was also quite impressed with Jenkins. He would be a great steal.
