A well executed short passing game is just as effective as anything else for taking pressure off the OL and sooner or later gets the QB enough time to unload something deep. Combine that with a little better than average run blocking and we start looking real good and confidence builds. I'm really a Bulldog that thinks the mind has a lot to do with your game and I think if we play smart good things will come. Of course it always helps to be REALLY BIG and just beat folks to a pulp. Couldn't agree more about the mental aspect growl. My opinion is that's why Richt has been pumping up/praising the O-line play in recent pressers. I'm sure he knows about the grumblings throughout the bulldawg nation in regards to this...probably hoping a little positive reinforcement from the head coach will help in the confidence department along the line.
