Tired of being EMBARRASSED

The sad thing, Buc, is that post could have been made after 95% of our games the last 2 years. I say only 2 years, not because the offensive game plan has changed, it has not, but for a couple of years with Moreno at least we had a running threat and defenses would bite on the play action periodically.

sadlerdawg it is that time of the year when some of the faithful drop their guards a bit and that is understandable.

All of us want a winner or a chance to be a winner.

Somehow it seems that the same "old party line" comes forth after the butt kicking we take, and hope is restored for next season. Not a damn thing wrong with hope, there is something wrong with . . . first time shame on you, second time shame on me. There have been plenty of first times in the past x number of years. Hard for me to accept the "party line".

Buc, I've read different articles and posts on all sites about teams that have the most delusional fan bases in the country. As you said, nothing wrong with hope, but when UGA fans believe the garbage the regime is spewing year after year and have expectations of winning the SEC and playing for the national title these past few years, well, I'm not sure portions of our fan base wouldn't rank pretty high on the delusional chart.

sadlerdawg, think I read a couple of predictions about UGA football contending for the NC in 2011, or 2012. Will not happen until we have a leader. Maybe that will come to pass with McGarity at the helm. Guess that is being positive.

2 of the states have coaches and AD's that care about and pay attention to their fans' demands. Guess which 2....
