Looking Ahead

Another article that I found interesting. Maybe some have read . . . .

Buc - that was a great article. As for me, and I mean this sincerely, if we only win ONE GAME this year, I'll be satisfied enough to make it to 2011. If I could, I would instruct our team not to worry about a single game this year but ONE.

Blue and orange simply don't go together. Blue goes with red and white. Red goes with black. White goes with just about any color except orange. Orange goes with . . . nothing . . . it goes in the trash. Orange is just wrong. Want proof?

Tennessee - orange.
Florida - orange.
Auburn - some kind of burnt orange.
Climpsn - orange.

Wrong, wrong, wrong and wrong.

The reason nothing rhymes with orange is that nothing WANTS to rhyme with orange.

Georgia 34, Orange Alligators 28 and I'm happy until 2011.

I feel next season will not only depend on our Defense but the key will be our runing game. We MUST run alot more than we ever have under CMR. I feel if we dont have a good runing game we are not going to be very good. I I think we should run to set up the pass next season because AM is going to need less heat on him so he can mature he has alot of work to do and a good runing game will help him and us IMO. GO DAWGSSSS!!!!

Once A DAWG Always A DAWG

Yeah......and we even need to change the orange color of the Emoticons to another color. Smiley faces just don't look right. ;)

I agree with the vibe observation. The pieces are in place for a good run this year and into the future. 10 wins is a reasonable expectation for 2010. What will make the difference is how the Dawgs play in the losses. I expect that whoever beats them will not be eager for a rematch - that will be the big change.

Thanks for the kind words about LHB .

ecdawg, could not agree more with your comment in the first paragraph, last sentence.

One of the regulars here, kentdaddy, hit the nail on the head in my opinion. This downfall in Athens began in 2005, on the defensive side of the ball. Smiles went to scowls. Suprised me a bit that it took so much time to correct the problem. The Saban's of the world would not put up with that. Appears that we have one of the Saban partial disciples running the defense, therefore, I have this \"vibe\" that there will be some serious \"gitty up and go\" soon. Keep some of these star athletes between the hedges.

Young men like CL come on board, wanted by every school in the country and his first words after putting on the UGA cap . . . \"I will be on the phone trying to recruit for UGA\". Words to that effect.

Appears that this \"vibe\" also is finding its way to the round ball court. These could be very special days for those of us that love UGA.

Go Dawgs!
