Not Again!

Just my thoughts Wlayton - will probably only get a game or two

Buc, I recognize a few of those names your talking about. I've heard stories from my grandfather who grewup in the racing capital of the world, N. Carolina. He talks about being there the day \"Fireball\" Roberts lost his life and I used to think he got his nickname from racing until he informed me that he used to be one heck of a pitcher. I wish I could go back in time and see some of the ones who made the sport what it is today rubbing fenders.

Sadler, I know they were at 'Dega at the begining of the week testing the spoilers. I'm glad they are getting rid of them. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out why they are having so many cars get airborn since they went to the wing. Think about it, if you have a wing that is supposed to creat down force when going forward and you turn that wing around going at those speeds; its gonna cause lift! I dont care how big you make the roof flaps, its not going to be enough!! And whoever thought it was a GREAT idea is an IDIOT.....must have been one of those North Ave. nerds!!!


Back to the forum topic. ZM is an IDIOT!! How many kids who give their left...well, y'all know what I'm talking about to have the opportunity and the God gifted talent that he has to be in his shoes right now? Well his shoes about a week ago. The kid had everything going for him: a chance to start at the BEST College in the land, a cannon for a arm and the size of the perfect NFL Qb. All he needed was to be coached up a bit. Now, he has potentially thrown all of that away for a few hours of partying it up with friends. Hopefully, this will be an eye opening experience for him and he can salvage his potential career. Only time will tell. And if he wants to transfer, LET HIM!! I only want to see those who want to PROUDLY wear the G on saturdays!! Cause if he dont, he is only taking up the precious time of our coaches and the other players who want to be here.

Can't dissagree with your feelings on the matter, that's for sure.

There will always be a few arrests. Let's just be happy when the arrests are for normal college kid stuff rather than armed robbery or home invasion (Jose Jose/ citadel QB).

ecdawg, thanks for the information on the Leather Helmet. Came real close to the days that I suited up. Not quite, but close. As far as the site, like it a lot, has good information. Don't
participate in other sites, too long winded, get away with it here . . . sometimes . . .
