For the record, the winningest team vs. the SEC in this decade (since 2000) is Florida. For that matter, UGA is better than LSU by a half game. It shakes out like this:
Florida is 56-19 vs. the SEC with 3 SECC and 2 NC (undefeated in SECC games BTW)
LSU is 53-23 vs. the SEC with 3 SECC and 2 NC.
UGA is 53-22 vs. the SEC with 2 SECC and zero NC.
Florida is 5-4 vs. LSU and 7-2 vs. UGA (winning record against both)
LSU is 4-5 vs. UF and 2-3 vs. UGA (losing record against both)
UGA is 3-2 vs. LSU and 2-7 vs. Florida
You are correct that LSU does not dominate UGA.
