Dapolla, Im not worried about where Floridas recieving core ranks, and trust me neither should you. Also, CMR is one of the best coaches in the country, but Mike Gundy deserves credit for what he has done on Stillwater. Make fun of him for his rant, but he was passionatly defending his player, which is alright by me. Hunter will have a solid game(over 100 yards, who knows) and will be effective. CWM will not have the schemes in place to keep up with OSU ever changing offense. Gundy is one of the best at switching up looks every series. Dez will have a huge game and so will Zac. Samuels is not yet a Glenn Coffey, so to think that UGA will be a carbon copy of Bama last year, is a stretch. Its easy to predict and build your team up on an internet site, but until they strap on the pads in 8 days, thats all it is predictions.

Last post on this subject. I will say Good Luck and let the best team win. While i love talking trash with the best of them I can not go on with this non-sense. OSU is not ready for a smash mouth football game. You have never experienced a smash mouth football game. Just watch the Bama game last year and how they came out against us. game was closer than the score b/c of stupid @ss penalties! Also that was with a young \"O\" line that got a whole lot better as the season went on. Now that Young \"O\" line is probably the best in the country. You disagree there! Our \"D\" line was beat up and hurt! All those players are back plus the one's that played while they were hurt. That is called Depth in all positions except DE. The only position I am sketchy of. You say RB are unproven each one played last year and against hard hitting defenses.. THEY know whats coming! Yes they, we have a bunch and Richard is leading the way! Our QB is a leader and this team knows it. Everyone on the team voted him as the Captian in the Spring. They know he is the man and can handle the presure. The Big 12 as a whole hasn't held up well against SEC lines. throw away scores just look at the presure on the QB in any match up. The \"D\" lines owned the game and the \"O\" line protected the QB pretty damn good. OSU has a good QB but can he manage a game? Didn't show it last year in big games and the D wasn't much better in the Big games either. New season.. new issues.. Thats why they play the game. OSU reminds me of a highschool version of Flordia so we have seen this type of Team before they just run it to pro-fection(last time i will ever give FL propts).. If I don't see a kitchen sink on the sidelines then I won't be scared. Thats what it's going to take to beat us. You must bring the whole playbook and then some. I just don't think after the first quarter you guys will want it more than us. We want this win... and will get this win... GO DAWGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

BTW GATOR, that was my stats on the WR's not dapolla's. Had just heard them on a sports radio show (a gator station) that morning.

GATOR'Swrong, how can you say that Richt will not have an answer for OSU's \"everchanging offense?\" Has Florida ever ONCE scheduled OSU so that you can take a real good look at how the 'Pokes do against an SEC defense?

Here's another news flash: every year is different. In 2007, Coach Richt had a LOT of answers for Florida's ever-changing offense. Not so much in 2008.

I never said a word about Gundy or his rant. I merely said I hoped he would eschew double-covering AJ during the game so that he'd have YET ANOTHER 100+ yard receiving game.

Hunter may well have over 100 yards. That's fine. Tashard Choice had over 100 yards in both the 2006 and 2007 Tech games, and Tech scored a combined total of 29 points in those two games. BenJarvis Green-Ellis had over 200 against us the last time we played the last team to beat your Gators, and Ole Miss only scored 17 in that game. Hell, I'm pretty sure Knowshon had over 100 yards in at least two losses. I also never said word one about Hunter, instead warning Hefley not to disparage freshman running backs. Hunter is a junior.

If you really think Oklahoma State's defense is going to hold us to 17 points, UF might not want to associate itself with you. Because that is an idiotic statement. A defense ranked 86th in the country at the end of last year, that got WORSE as the year went on, losing by only four to Texas but then surrendering 56 to TTU and 61 to Oklahoma? So what if you return half your defense? That means you return half of the thirty-third worst defense in college football! They're experienced, all right...at GIVING UP POINTS IN BIG GAMES.

In your 2009 Football Predictions post you predicted UGA in the National Championship. I converse with college football fans every day, and not one person UGA fan or not thinks UGA will be in the NC. If thats what you think you may want to seperate yourself from UGA because they wouldnt claim you. Alot more believe that UGAs offense will not be ready for the first game and it will be a low scoring game(under 17 points). Alot more people are on my side than yours, aside from this forum in the real world.

Stand up pal, just call the shots like you see them, don't need to smooth the feathers on this board. Most on this board are capable of \"reading between the lines\" and you definitely post between the lines.

It was not that long ago that your team came off of a 4 loss season (2007). . . . .probably slips your memory. Think in another thread it was referred to as \"reading comprehension\" or close to that. Remember this until it changes, (if ever) DAWGS have kicked more GATOR TAIL than vice versa over the years.

A question for you . . . . just how much do you know about OSU Coach Gundy, other than what you read in the press clippings, or you tube . . . . . when you start throwing garbage at the board, especially about a team that gave up over 60 points this past season in a game . . . you really don't need to get into defensive discussions.
