HELP!!

Buc, couldn't agree more. I love CMR and he's the best thing that has happened to the school in a LONG time but I'm really starting to question the \"complete\" staff.

Obviously we've discussed at length about CWM and our D. What about the DB coach? What about our special teams coach (absolutely pathetic special teams). I'm starting to question Bobo as well. Like charlestondawg said(?), believe the amount of talent we have on the offensive side of the ball and our offensive output is outstanding in spite of his play calling.

I wrote a post about not having the \"it\" factor and maybe we don't but I'm starting to really wonder about the total quality of our coaching staff. The D and special teams should \"get it\" by now and should be getting better evry week, not WORSE. We have the talent to be dominant, I REALLY believe that.

CMR might want to take a step back and be a little more active on the sidelines in the play calling. We were lucky to get a W yesterday. I know it has been a grueling road trip, but something needs to improve. In the SEC, the difference in the close games usually comes down to special teams. We have had an advantage in the past years in that department. This year, we are not good, to say the least. Too many tough situations to start defensive series. I might be wrong, but IMO, we see way to many kick returners receiving the kickoff on the 15 and getting to the 30 before they encounter the first defender. UNACCEPTABLE! Too many kicks going out of bounds. UNACCEPTABLE! Chip shot kicks hitting the the uprights and getting blocked. UNACCEPTABLE! I watch Walsh kickoff and he definitely puts everything he has into his kickoffs, but he also looks out of control. Watch him against GT. I bet there is someone in the student body who can... 1. keep the ball inbounds and... 2. Kick it deeper than the 10 or 15. On a bright note, we have two weeks to heal some wounds and prepare for GT and I think we will be ready! GATA

I agree guys. There is something missing, pass coverage.
It is Auburn, always a close game.
We need a defensive transfusion, some plasma for the DBs.

You know averagedawg, I think I'm getting tired of the \"they always play us tough\" scenario. USC, UF, AU, Vandy, UK etc. We have enough talent to step it up and blow some of these teams out ESPECIALLY when they are having \"down\" years......such as AU yesterday. My gosh, UF doesn't have that mentality, they just go out and kick butt and if you are having a \"down\" year, well they just kick your butt even MORE!!!!!!

I say this because I believe we have as much talent as ANYBODY in the country. We should have beat USC by more than 7...AU by more than 4, what a JOKE....squeek by UK, not acceptable.

With our talent, I'm tired of saying \"well, this is the SEC, a win is a win\". While I like winning, I like they way UF wins MORE. Something's wrong and I believe you need to look no further than the Butts-Mehre coaching offices (with a few exceptions, CMR, Searles etc).

I know how you feel wlayton, especially with you living in Gatorland, the way they are absolutely destroying everybody.
All I'm saying right now is I'll take a win, any way we can get it.
My God, do we have some issues on defense and special teams.
