Mel Tucker Targeted by Tennessee

Yeah I read last night the inside whispers were that Pruitt was a done deal yesterday evening.

That's a YUGE hire for Tennessee and ol' Fat Phil pulled one out of his backside on this one.

As I've said many times before, Pruitt will always be a DGD in my book and I'm glad he's getting his shot, I just wish it wasn't at Tennessee.

Dawg Nation will always appreciate CJP for starting the culture change then passed the torch to Kirby...

CJP....never has backed away from a challenge..... wishing him well....

I don’t know about this hire...I think jp is going to crash and burn. Going to be interesting to watch.

I don’t doubt his football or recruiting skills. There is just more to the head coaching job.

I would have gone with Mel Tucker. I see him and Chaney getting nice raises. I wouldn’t be surprised if bama made mt an offer. Others will be calling Mel. Prolly not Chaney.
