The reason I am so excited this year Buc is just what you pointed out just now, not the same old same old where coaching is concerned. That should get Dawgs from everywhere very excited.

GO DAWGS!!!!!!!

The sun shines on a different Dawg every day

BPS. Exactly as you called it. I just try to jump starts by

Sharing what's rolling around between my ears...

Absolutely truth...HC will start who earned it in practice

Bet this we will be in the best football shape for our first

Game than we ever have been in the past 15 years...

No half ass playbook for game one....as you correctly noted more between JE ears than many had thought

Go Dawgs

Go Dawgs!

Chief, have said this at least one time, probably more  but this is as excited as I have ever been about UGA Football.

What I think I see is more than just a turnaround on coaching, (needed) and again I want to thank Coach Jeremy Pruitt for his short time in Athens. Had so much to do with what I am "high" about today.

Another thing that I like is the fact that this board is not being led by the media. We read, we process, we take it from there. That is exactly what our coaches are doing, they read or hear from a connection(s) they process what they hear and take it from there. Who the heck knows, might take a helicopter ride . . . . ;)

yankeedawg1, you are positioned better than anyone on this board to bring us up to speed about Athens. You do that well. Coffee klatsches or whatever, information, real information means much to those of us that are forever looking for that "little extra". High fives to you.

Chief, I am especially happy this particular change of coaches and UGA Football fortunes mean so much to you and the "family".

Lost a good Marine today. Marine Captain Jeff Kuss of the Blue Angels. God Bless.

Allow me this . . . .

The wording of the contract includes that Smart is to work in good faith with the athletics director in scheduling nonconference opponents, but does say that the athletics director has the final say on such decisions

Question . . . . Why after a failure with the last two or three Athletic Directors is this language in the contract?

Question #2 . . . . If you believe that Greg McGarity should "decide" who UGA plays in the opening game, my question is this . . . . why? Is it because Greg McGarity has the title on his business card? Looking for a win? Should it not be that a Athletic Director "understands" what the schedule means when it comes to the Final Four"?

It will take time, but . . . . the changeover has not been fulfilled "yet".

Greg McGarity spent "years" in Gainesville, Florida doing nothing other than playing a simple game . . . . "Follow the Leader". FOLEY.

If you do not like or understand what I am posting, might want to take a look at Greg McGarity in Gainesville, Florida.

Mahogany Row is just that.

That's what I have been thinking and saying. Greg McGarity is a short timer. He is not good for a HC like Kirby Smart.

I mentioned before that I think the money men and the Row are too timid in this matter. A change gives a fresh start in that position along with the HC. We will see.

IMO It needs to be taken care of before the season so we can go in full steam ahead.

For winning the Natty give every Dawg a bone AND prime rib steak.
