This coach wants to put together a team that can win the SEC, and most years that means going through Alabama. These hires prove it: The line... the offense with enough spread elements to stretch teams down and across the field.

Mark Richt never came off of the same verbiage he used year after year. Especially after the UGA program began to crumble, not being able to beat or hang with top competition.
It was another of the "Carney's" escapes.
Take the time to look at his hires, better yet, look at those that made the hires happen. The Will Friends and others. Others like Pruitt after he signed on.
Mark Richt is not a head coach that will ever reach the finals, whether it is the Final Four or whatever number of teams eventually participate in the finals.
The most self serving person that claims to be something else that I have seen in a long time. Real happy that MR and VD are on the outs, now our program can move forward. Both of those coaches made a lot of money on lengthy contracts that produced what? One NC between the two of them.
Take the time to add the number of years that VD and MR coached in Athens. Also add the years that VD was Athletic Director . . . . like what you and I see? I can speak for myself, not at all.
Kirby Smart, you could "stumble" out of the gate and win the race. Those before you were "trotters". Looking for and expect to see a full gait.
PP on the Bret Bielemas and others. Usually folks get loud when they are pressed to produce.
Go Dawgs under Kirby Smart . . . . Finally a Head Coach similar to Erk . . . . someone that loved UGA and was not allowed to build the program. VD knew. Statesboro, you got to see the "truth".
