Good hire for what I know CKS want's to do on offense, and a huge upgrade over what I saw this past season.

Some lead, some follow, eh . . . .

Some were a bit worried about a quick hire for offensive coaches, not speaking about this board, elsewhere.

Anyone that thinks Kirby Smart put these coaches together overnight . . . . oh well.

Finally have a leader that is focused, and quite frankly already showing some signs of the coach he studied under for many years.

Appears at this point to be a lesson or lessons well learned.

Hesitated to ask up until this point . . . . S&C leader?

LIttle off subject.

High fives and thank you to the Army and Navy/Marine players for all of their efforts today and in the future.

Winners, all.

''This is a special opportunity for me to come back to the University of Alabama,'' Pruitt said. ''Growing up in the state and having played and coached here, I have a great appreciation for Alabama football. Coach Saban's success speaks for itself and I wouldn't be where I am today without the chance he gave me to join his staff back in 2007. We are excited to get back to Tuscaloosa and be a part of one of the outstanding programs in college athletics.''

Really appreciate what Jeremy Pruitt said on his return to Alabama. Not a single word against anything that happened either good or bad in Athens.

Pruitt, have to say this again, you were certainly appreciated by many on this board. Realize you had to step "out of the lines" but many on Dawgs.com admire you for "everything".

Yessir, you have a set of brassies, maybe now with Kirby Smart he will continue to be a "stand up guy/coach", of which I have no doubts.

I sincerely believe that Nick Saban knew he had "two (2) top notch coaches" and had to let the both of you run at your own pace. Nick Saban is all that in my mind. Appears Smart/Pruitt need to be on different teams, I say that after thinking about the futures of both.

Alabama is there, soon under Kirby Smart we will be a lot closer. Maybe sooner than some want to believe. Pruitt left some very good defensive players and a "attitude" that I really believe changed the scope of Georgia Football.

Go Dawgs . . . . :)

After reading the article below, bothers me a bit the way I feel Bielema came across.

One thing for damn sure, Bielema did not mind leaving Wisconsin and taking the SEC job at Arkansas.

Sounded a bit like sour grapes to me.

Got some news for you coach, Kirby Smart "knows" that things have to change in Athens, did everything by the book, so suck it up and move on.

Remembering that you stuck your lips out when urban meyer entered into the B1G. Beginning to sound like a cry baby.

Buc, I mentioned last week on a post I didn't like the way Bielama let everyone know KS went after Enos.

Well, with Chaney, get ready for Jumbo pacakges, counters, running out of the spread formation, throwing out of Jumbo formations, breaking trends is what he does.

Attention TE's: get ready to get plenty of playing time as there will usually be two of you on the field.

Going to take 2-3 years to stock up the 320+ pound OL men he likes. Give Pittman time.

Buc, that RB you mentioned. Believe Crowder is his name? Kid like that may be something in a year or two here
