Why not?
They all know, no matter how bad they are, there's a 50 50 chance they can beat Georgia.

We all saw Murray's interview during the game.
I didn't detect much if any support for Richt.

I read somewhere that AM watched a lot of Spring ball and thought Bauta had won the starting job. Was surprised when the coaches said they didn't know who was going to start the opener.

dawgs_fans_dad, so much could be said about your post.

Bet this. If Mettenburger had not "messed up" in South Georgia, AM would have sat. Fact.

It is not about "incompetent coaches". In my mind along with others it is about "incompetent COACH".

One thing the "supporters" of Mark Richt cannot do . . . . they cannot explain the spit that MR does when making decisions, game winning or losing decisions.

Just as the head coach did in Memphis, Tennessee against UCF. He will kick a field goal in a heart beat.

Anyone watch Arkansas in overtime against Ole Miss? Bielema, like him or not, he is not "afraid" of losing his job or the "money". Plays to win. Georgia head coach plays to be sure he gets into a bowl game at the end of each season. More than glad to "discuss that point".

Final score against a "rookie SEC HEAD COACH", Jim McElwain, final score against the "gators" . . . . 27-3.

Anyone that thinks that the head coach is not about "protecting" certain happenings since his time as head coach, my opinion, don't need to read or post on this site. Say that for this reason . . . . stevedawg has been here since "forever". He says there is "experience" on this site, unless you are a butt head, great place to talk realistically.

End with this, again. Mark Richt, Head Coach, University of Georgia. You can fool some of the people some of the time, can't fool all of the people all of the time.

Please do yourself and those that have played in the arena such as, Champ Bailey a favor . . . . go on a mission . . . . of your choice. Take the millions you have received for your efforts and go and fulfill your life.

Dawgs.com recognizes your short comings in the "Arena". Your short comings are discussed here, might do yourself and us a favor and stop hiding behind a keyboard, keyboards, like the message you sent out about Pruitt being the defensive coordinator. Some of us recognize what "words" mean according to the way they are "presented".

Please leave.

Buc, you just drove a 16 penny nail through a piece of yellow pine with one swing.
Richt's decision making in clutch situations is abysmal.

Always liked the snake, may he rip.
More about the challenge for him than the win.

averagedawg, DAWGtm, sadlerdawg, this is where "our" football program is . . . . I suppose.

We have a high school player and his family basically "running" our program.

What the "F" am I missing?

Public Relations Group and the AJC firing on all cylinders.

Anyone that believes Jacob Eason is "that good" . . . . can come to Athens and turn the program around in . . . . "one year", a program that the head coach could not "turn around in 15 years".

Truthfully, this old man feels sorry for those of you that think this is how anything works, football or the business world.

If you have the "brassies" read here but don't post, and believe that Jacob Eason and family can turn MR's mess around . . . .step up . . . .

Folks, don't listen to the BS that any one player can change what has developed in the Classic City. Jacob Eason, you ARE NOT THAT GOOD. I understand that the AJC has now given you more space than any high school football player, ever.

Suggestion, a suggestion that you should listen to . . . . Mark Richt does not develop quarterbacks. AM went to two different camps in the offseason to come up to speed.

Mark Richt was a second string quarterback that did not play at the "U". No meaningful snaps. Went to the Broncos training camp and was released. Your Dad is playing the "angles". Like any Father, wants the best for his Son. Think twice young man. You are a good "cover story" for the AJC. If you don't come up to being "all that" there will be posts like this one.

If you believe you are "Superman" come to Athens. Those that you are close to in the recruiting cycle (players), have not played a down in the SEC. From me to you young man . . . . you have not played a single down in football that compares to the SEC, or even being on campus with other players in Athens that have. You will be protected on campus during "play time". That will end the first SEC game you line up under center.

Come to Athens, wear the Red and Black, I will pull for you. Do not want anyone blowing smoke up your backside. Truth is truth.
