That's truly a shame how vetreans are treated. But it's nothing new in our country we have so many that abuse their freedom that others have/would give their life's to defend. The vetreans have to jump through hoops to receive benifits yet if your illegally here there handed to you like candy.

Just finished watching the President on television 11:15 a.m. Refuses to take responsibility for what is going on. Said that this has been going on prior to him taking office. What he did not say was . . . . One part of his platfrom 5 or so years ago was to fix this problem. Going to have another IG and White House appointed person to "look" into the problem. Last we will see from Obama on this issue.

Have to say this. General Shinseki is a good man, not qualified to manage this "type of operation". Better on the battlefield. Reminds me of someone that I know that is a "good man", and does not understand the fine tuning of the area he is supposed to manage. Just how I see it.

wlayton, there are a lot of "people and programs" that are taking advantage of some wonderful Americans. By that I mean, not only Washington, D.C., there are some out there on television that ask for "monthly donations" to help with the wounded warriors, and others.

Been known to do a "little research" on different topics, my background. One group that is very much outfront, won't call their name, pull in a lot of "donor money" and too much of this is pocketed by the "marketing people". Been involved in marketing, advertising, publishing all of my life, felt wounded myself when I looked at the numbers that the "group" were putting in their pockets from the largest soliciting organization on television. Many folks don't take the time to look at disclosure forms.

As some on here know, Buc is not a huge "supporter" of "Groups". Will stop there at this point. Will add this, PTSD is real, just like Agent Orange was.

Probably some have read the article below. I have said before that I like what Seth Emerson has to say, most of the time. A clear difference between Seth's professional style and that of "Pouty" and others that have shown their true colors when it comes to real reporting.

Interesting on the quality (or lack thereof) of the DB's we've been playing and recruiting. We all thought we had studs but were just young.....they simply may not have been very good.
