Brings this question to my mind. What is the difference between the ages of prior players and those that are involved year after year, every year at this point.
Punishment can be brutal, but let us face facts. These young men can run steps and do every imaginable back breaking exercice, but it does not deter them.
Suggestion. The four that were involved this time. Some things to consider. Released from the team or give up one year of eligibility, or pay for one years participation to wear the Red and Black. Pay one year and look at the difference in $71 dollars or so and thousands of dollars for on year on campus.
There needs to be a contract between player and school. Soon the players will be paid, no objection here. Just want to balance the scales. Won't happen for this reason . . . . fans must have a winning chance on the field, many players know that there will be nothing more. Ticket sales . . . .
JHC was dismissed, that was because he proved the point that rules don't matter. Game suspencions did not deter him. Soon we will hear that another unversity has taken him in. Maybe Auburn, they did hire Pearl. Tennessee was not Pearl's first failure, check out his past in Illinois.
Like what Pruitt said about coaching his players . . . . butt kickings in practice and explanations for the butt kickings after practice.
kentdaddy has said this for years. Richt is soft. I agree.
