No right or wrong answer here, just wondering what you think. A known commodity considered somewhere between underperformer and idiot, and a one hit wonder to date.
Are you asking me who would I want between Muschamp and Pruitt for the next 5 years? That is a no brainer.
1. You are correct, as a head coach, JP is unproven. But I
DO know WM can't find an offensive staff to save his life. Bad judge of coaches. Remember Donnan? I actually know someone who played for Donnan and he told me JD was a hell of a X's and O's coach-but he hired too many bad assistants. That is WM, and the fact that I don't know if JP would hire good or bad and I know WM WILL hire bad,
I will take JP .
2. Class. I know WM will talk dirt about a team as soon as he leaves and can use it to make himself look better. So far, I haven't heard JP do that. That tells me JP may be more mature.
I will take JP.
3. I hate Muschamp because he is the gators head coach.
I will take JP
4. JP was a high school coach. I know he knows how to TEACH the game.
I take JP
5. Muschamp at Florida means a win for UGA every year in the Cocktail Party.
I'll take JP
6. He was willing to leave the NC to come to a team that some would say was in a state of negativity. Don't care why he chose to. After winning the NC he could have called 50 schools around the country and would probably have been given the DC job in a split second at 25 of them and he saw something in UGA--for now, he seems like a man you would go to battle in a foxhole with. If I'm fighting the enemy would you rather have WM or JP?
Hhmmm, the way I see it, 6-0 JP over WM.
