My view. Single man, what he does off of the field is his business as long as it does not interfere with coaching football. Likes the ladies . . . . way to go 39 year old man. :)

Buc, know as what you refer to. I just had a conversation with a FSU alumni here in my office about what I think you are referring to.......leave it right there.

wlayton, there is a recording originated in JAX that goes into rather large detail about JP. Girlfriend 23, 16 years difference. Also, probably as you know, fiance is holding on pretty tight to JP at this point. Some seem to think that she gave JP a ultimatium. Supposedly there is another young lady that works on campus FSU that there was/is or has caused some problems.

Feel like this . . . . age thing is irrelevant, if he and fiance are having any problems at this point, age speaking now . . . . best not walk down that aisle. I go with what averagedawg said in another thread, been married over 40 years and she is the light in his life.

I have been married twice, once for 12 years, not the best time in my life, very messy divorce that lasted a week. My lady now, graduate of UGA 1971 have shared over 40 years together. Ten years older than my wife. She likes to say that I robbed the cradle . . . . I just smile and say . . . . yeah I did, with a smile still plastered on my face. :)

Gave up some worldly things first time around, but found happiness for the remainder of my years. :)

Buc, exactly what I was told....the 23 year old fiance upon hearing about another 23 year old in Tally, told Pruitt....we are going to Athens, pronto.

Wow, my life mirrors yours somewhat. Second marriage, robbed the cradle, love of my life....are gorgeous. :) :) ;)

There has been an awful lot said since todd grantham left. Shows that there is still huge interest in Georgia football. Pruitt I think was set back in the press conference. Room full of media folks, made a comment about the numbers press folks. Earlier press conferences were a bit sparse as of late, something had to happen to change the pace.

Like you, I have several friends and really good friends that are supporters of FSU. They did not want to see Pruitt leave. Many were aware of the rumors, but like I said about myself when looking at Pruitt's situation . . . . if it does not have any effect on UGA football, not my business.

If the story had not been made public, would have left it alone. Don't want Pruitt to get trashed on something like this. No doubt in my mind that richt knew the "side stuff", he still has a lot of close friends in Tallahassee. Would not add up that it was a secret to richt and mcgarity. Both of them are pretty much closed mouth. What they don't know is there are some outside the arena that have friends that know a lot.

Did get a chuckle when richt said that Pruitt had met with the players, said they cheered him. Wonder if they were cheering Pruitt or that lady on his hip? She walked in with him to the players get to know you meeting. Know how it is with the 18-23 year olds, testosterone flows freely. Not trying to be ugly just trying to get a grip on where UGA is at.

Media will take this and use it for all it is worth. That is how they make their money, retain their jobs.

One more thingy . . . . Athens has never had a shortage of beautiful women. Say what?

Make that another....

I got married and I hadn't finished sowing some oats. I got lucky..... We divided up the stuff and went our separate ways and all I lost was the equity in the house because I let her take over the payments and keep the place.

Finished sowing those oats, and then married a beautiful little filly 13 years my junior.

I'm not going to cast any stones here, lolol

Turned 50 right before Christmas.... 16 years... 13 years... not much difference. Not going to say a word about what happened before I went down the aisle the second time... Just let me say:

I can't cast any stones at CJP. I don't give a flip
about his personal life as long as he coaches and doesn't screw the program.

Just started walking the straight and narrow when I went down that aisle again.

Well.... out of town on business now. I'll catch up in the rest of this stuff next week....'ya bunch of cradle robbers!

God Bless and Go Dawgs
