EXACTLY....
Even if he has no intention of making any changes... after a season where expectations were so high and results so disappointing, you've go to at least placate the fan base and have some due diligence here in terms of reviewing the staff.
It's flat out ignorant/incompetent not to at least acknowledge that your staff needs to be reviewed, and you can't pigeon hole yourself into a pre-determined decision regarding that review. What he has done here reeks of a guy that is totally complacent in his position, and in his own mind completely above any possible reproach. Don't let his aww shucks humble speak fool you any longer. In his own way he's just as cocky and arrogant as any other coach if you just look between the lines of all those humble platitudes.
It's maddening guys.... not one change will even be considered.
We're on the right track... the arrow's pointed up... "I know what the hell I'm doing!!"

You know, you would think he would come out and make that comment ("examine all aspects etc") EVEN if he didn't really mean it....dumb on his part from CEO perspective.
Creates no sense of urgency.

AM gets my vote (he lead this team for weeks without Gurley) but TG has a strong argument no doubt. Without either of them we certainly aren't going bowling.
As for CMR's comments on our coaching staff, I am hanging my hopes on his use of the word "should" instead of the word "will"...my fingers are crossed (foolishly perhaps) for some coaching changes regardless of Richt's comments.
