Would have loved to win 44 - 3, but letting them back in game and then demoralizing them works also.
Thanks TN D......the next 363 days I will wake up with a smile on my face (as will Buc) and ALL my UGA gear WILL be clean, bright and well worn.
Always a happy man when the gators go down....ECSTATIC when it's to us!!!!! :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

You don't go to your knees and cry about an error and feel sorry for your self. You COVER the ball. Again boils down to COACHING and this Senior TE was not "coached up". It gave the momentum to the gaytors and albeit we won the game but a penalty here or there not being called or the gaytor being bone headed pulling his helmet off after the stop and we would be talking about a 27 to 23 LOSS............Good win always happy to beat the gaytors but it does not solve our problems with this coaching staff
Going to try and take the high road here ogredawg. Seem to remember back and forth with folks in the box calling the game, also noticed that there were several different looks on replay. Seemed to be some question whether it was forward or lateral. In my group we seemed to think that it was forward. Turned out we were wrong. Could very well be that Lynch thought it was a dropped forward pass.
Think that this "coached up" thing can be carried to extremes. I said that.
Edit: My guess is this . . . . All of us that played football, regardless of what year, bet none of us ever made a mistake. I call that BS. If so, was probably the coaches fault every time. Don't buy it ogredawg.
That wasn't a lack of coaching....he's known what to do in that situation since the 7th grade. That was all on HIM.

No complaints here for sure!
My game ball goes to Michael Bennett... we don't win this game without him
Thank you Goose, was going to read all the posts first to see if anybody mentioned MB.......BIG playmaker in the game for sure.
He gets one of the game balls imo. He was the best receiver on the field for either team.
CLUTCH.....

I don't know if I've ever seen a better play with more flat out DESIRE and HEART and INTESTINAL FORTITUDE than what that kid put on the line on that third down grab. Slipped a man and then just WANTED TO WIN more than those egg-sucking-rotten-worthless-excuses for so-called "football players" that the gay-duhs had out there against him. And he earned my game ball on ONE PLAY. Actually TWO plays, when you count that awesome catch down at their 15 as the first half was winding down. No way we win this game without Rhett McGowan.
Do not let it be said that I won't eat a crow when one is served up on a plate right under my nose. Rhett - good job, my man.
Agreed....will never say anything bad about his pass catching ability again. Got us the 1st down before the end of the half so we could get 3 and of course the big 1st down on the last drive....
