This W is for all the Dawgs in Fla. Go ahead and gloat, you deserve it.

Would have loved to win 44 - 3, but letting them back in game and then demoralizing them works also.

thriller wrote: NOTHING . . . NOT ONE THING . . . can "suck the enthusiasm" out of THIS fan, when his Dawgs lay a "L" on the florida gay-duhs. My enthusiasm is absolutely IN TACT.

And let me be clear on this point - this win was NOT - I repeat was NOT - an "ugly win". There is NO SUCH A THING against the slimey-cheating-lowlife-thuggish-punksquad from gainesville.

:D

I envy you for that, thriller. I miss the excitement I had over Dawgs Football a few years ago. Believe me,I'm very pleased with the win and how our guys played. Very happy about it today. Just different level and expression of enthusiasm after the last few years of not seeing the program progress.

The SMART era CONTINUES!!!!!!

TN Dawg, thanks. This one is for all of us.

Muschamp is already in "fan acceptance mode". Got news for you traitor Muschamp, you have thoroughly pp'd the gator nation off. They look at the talent in Gainesville and say many of the things that we say here when discussing talent in Athens.

Foley screwed up royally when he let Strong leave. And . . . . all of this downfall is directly traceable to one Urban "Liar" Meyer. FACT.

Too Damn Bad gators, live with it! Such a beautiful day in Florida!

Reflecting on yesterday's game kind of reminds of the Dawgs of yesteryear. Made some mistakes, couple bad series but NEVER EVER QUIT. That was the DAWGS I fell in love with in the late 70's.

What Gurley adds to Douglas and Green's game is immeasurable. Talking about a 3 headed RB juggernaught. Gurley=Power/speed - Douglas = power -
Green= Speed.

AM is a DGD - leaves nothing on the field, mentally or physically.

Defense looked a lot more organized and never got down after a big play. Maybe not the best game stat wise but the best game effort wise.

SEC east is probably out of the question but nothing says UGA can't be the best 3 team loss in the country.

Here is hoping the players and coaches can capitalize on this effort/win.

Some are wise and some are otherwise !

Muschamp again reminds me of those folks in Washington. Not my fault, been going on for ages. What a damn wimp butt. About time for Foley to come out again and say Muschamp is the man. Bull Gators are not very friendly today.

************

The Bulldogs converted three first downs, then added a fourth when Darious Cummings was whistled for a hands-to-the-face penalty after the Gator defense had stuffed Georgia running back Todd Gurley on third-and-5.

“In the last 24 years, the University of Florida we’ve led the SEC in penalties 20 out of 24, either first or second,” Muschamp said. “That was long before I got here.”

Last 24 years . . . . we understand that you have not been the coach at Florida in that length of time. Pulling up stats prior to his arrival, not feeling too good there coach? Keep an eye in the rear view mirror, Jeremy Foley will not be smiling. Playing with his money maker Muschamp. Texas looking better is it?

Buc what Lynch did was bone headed. Granted he makes a lot of plays but he is Senior and when in doubt you COVER the ball. You don't go to your knees and cry about an error and feel sorry for your self. You COVER the ball. Again boils down to COACHING and this Senior TE was not "coached up". It gave the momentum to the gaytors and albeit we won the game but a penalty here or there not being called or the gaytor being bone headed pulling his helmet off after the stop and we would be talking about a 27 to 23 LOSS............Good win always happy to beat the gaytors but it does not solve our problems with this coaching staff
