Florida Game Day Thread

Our players were great. Fantastic effort and you could tell who wanted it more.

The offense refusing to let UF have the ball again at the end of the game was priceless. That is how an offense is supposed to finish a game, my friends.

Buc, I think the board has slowed a bit because as I, and others have said, richt has just sucked a lot of enthusiam out of the fans. I used to spend 3-4 days before any game (a week before the FU game) nrevous and anxious about how we'd play and how it would affect our ranking, etc. Now I watch the games with no real buildup. I cheer like hell, happy we win, but not nearly as ecstatic or excited as I used to get. My parents and siblings were texting during the game, and commented that my lessened enthusiasm, as well as other Dawg fans they know, was eerily reminiscent of how FSU fans were during Bowden's last few years.

Oh, believe me Buc, I WILL be mentioning LOTS of great plays. Allow me:

<ahem> Brendan Douglas took a hand off and slap RAN OVER a couple of gay-tor defenders. SLAP RAN OVER their sissy little wannabes.

I will continue mentioning plays ALL WEEK LONG.

NOTHING . . . NOT ONE THING . . . can "suck the enthusiasm" out of THIS fan, when his Dawgs lay a "L" on the florida gay-duhs. My enthusiasm is absolutely IN TACT.

And let me be clear on this point - this win was NOT - I repeat was NOT - an "ugly win". There is NO SUCH A THING against the slimey-cheating-lowlife-thuggish-punksquad from gainesville.

What about this one thriller . . . . Offense stepped up. Hard thing to do this day and time with the different offensive and defensive play. Remember early in the year when many were worried about us scoring too fast . . . . remember?

Florida punted with 8:17 left in the fourth quarter and never saw the ball again. Someone was doing their job, both on and off the field. We are going to miss AM's leadership.

sadlerdawg, I remember as you do. Said earlier, not opposed to change at all. Also realize if the incoming 2014 Class remains without fallout, we are where we are.

Have to say this, Mike Bobo showed some "brass ones" against Florida. Florida as was stated earlier, going to throw the kitchen sink at us in the second half. Quite frankly, we whipped their asses the last eight minutes and the first half.

PP on Traitor Muschamp, simply because of the way he has low rated the school that is responsible for him having a chance at the $$$. I have no feelings for him, don't and will never recognize him as a part of the University that I love.
