BullDawg2010, really don't think that there will be a rematch with LSU. Alabama is a solid football team.

Florida has a very good defense, they however have not played anyone like the Georgia Bulldogs. Folks down my way have already given up (gaytors). Not unusual for those that follow the gaytors, they are front runners. A lot like many of the Georgia supposed supporters.

Urban Meyer left Gainesville because he knew his chances of recruiting against Miami and FSU were nill. He also knew that Mark Richt and his coaches were very stong in the State of Florida. Truth.

Keep building that depth UGA coaches, just gets better. Too many supposed supporters of the Red and Black don't understand the game. Think they do, talk the talk, game over.

Buc I really think lsu will beat out bama and Florida this year. LSU has an offense florida doesn't. Bama looks to be having a ton of problems on offense as well.

But make don't get me wrong i would love for us to get another shot at bama again.

And yes I remember when people said we would never beat florida again. I must admit at one point in time I was doubtful. But CMR has turned a corner. After the way georgia played today if they show up for every game, I don't see a team left to beat us. This could be mark Richt's year.

I can't believe anyone in the east can beat UGA...not the team that showed up today. Yes, we'll give up points but that D showed that they are improving and they pretty much stuffed the running game of a great running team. The O? Man, that is a scary bunch of Dawgs. I'd honestly be surprised if we lose another game this year and, yes, that includes the SECCG and wherever we fall after that. Here's something else, too. If we play Clemson later in the season, this Dawg team is undefeated.

I for one am proud of the way this team stood together and WON. It was a tough game and Bobo did have to make some changes. I question a few calls especially when we kicked the FG on that next to last series. It worked out for us.

The problem I see with the D is confusion. CTG needs to dumb it down some. This is NOT the NFL. Really proud of the way our front line guys played today. Stopped the run of a very good LSwho backfield and won the line of scrimmage against a very good LSwho O line. Vast improvement has been made in our run defense. The secondary is a work in progress and like I said some of the coverage schemes need to be dumbed down, young guys back there and they still have a big learning curve to over come. We griped about our run D we kind of overlooked our cover guys.

Mettenburger showed what he was made of and he will be playing on Sunday no doubt about it. I say good for him.

Good win still have some issues but this team deserved the win and the coaches get an A from me.

I do not see any where I wrote a thing about our run defense. I said we give up way to many points to every team we play. I said after 4 years, you'd think we could hold the other teams to 14 or less points. I wrote my original post when I thought we had lost, did not think we could pull this out. Buc I know you know a lot about this game, but I do not appreciate the way to wrote me, this is just a message board, where we each are suppose to have our opinions good or bad.
