Here we are at the eve of another G-Game looking forward to one last dip of football being played.
Two wishes: No injuries in the G- Game and no suspensions for this coming season.
Taking a look back over the last several years and many here including myself have been on both sides of the street.
Has there been any meaningful change for improvement with our program and HC.
Without question both coaches and players have given cause for us to feel that nothing short of a complete change would ever make a difference.
Looking around the SEC and college football I can say that I for one am glad we stayed the course.
Many reasons have me back on the side of the street that we have made major improvements for both the present and future.
Sure there are some who will say CMR is another Madoff just pulling a world class scam.
I would point to our last two bowl games in FL as an example how we now go about our business on the field. GATA now and forever.
Player talent and coaching and if we can get lady luck just to give us a smirk don’t even need a full smile. 2013 will be a very good year.
Forecast here in the Classic City for Saturday sun and low 70’s.
Patio brunch before kickoff and then enjoy the game. Life is good.
In closing can say don’t think any team and coaching staff has worked any harder than ours to get better. This group knows what it needs to do to get better. Love it!
Pause and give thanks
Enjoy the game and weekend. Have a safe week.
As always “Go Dawgs”

G-Day game is hard to figure but fun in that you will always see a few players that stand out. Like you said....NO injuries....heck, give Gurley the day off.
I'll go on record as saying Theus is not a LT.....love the kid and his tenacity but needs to stay at RT, imo.
Beautiful weekend ahead, G-Day, cruise-in and family day.....all good.
Everyone have a great weekend.

Actually ogredawg, the more I thought about it after my post, I probably shouldn't have said he is NOT a LT because he does have the potential.
He did play LT in HS but the SEC isn't HS. Imo he needs to get a LOT stronger. He does have good footwork but was pushed around alot last year for a 320 lb lineman. He got faked out easily and almost got AM killed several times....I realize he was a freshman and will only get better.
Hope you are right....I probably should has said that I have my doubts THIS year......once he gets stronger and more experience maybe his Jr/Sr seasons at LT.
Such a huge position, just don't want AM killed. Would hate to see him against Clowney...

He has a full year of SEC experience and the skill is there for him to move to the left side.
Don't really think there is anyone that can handle Clowney on any O line in college football. He is just that one of a kind player who comes along once in a blue moon.
