sadlerdawg, believe you have got it right. Watching Jenkins, maybe he was not trying to be all that, just did not understand what to do. He did have to attend a junior college because of grades, then failed to meet grade requirements at Georgia. Maybe that is the reason that Grantham was running around screaming and pointing on the sideline, especially in Orlando. Sorry to call a particular player out, but after watching Jenkins play in 2012, keep it simple for him in the NFL. Lots of big bodies reside there that do understand.

Yeah sadler, you have got to be right.......it's not like CTG hasn't thought of that or something along those lines to help the situation.
They haven't mastered the 3-4 totally so I guess a base 4-3 is way to much to add on. Maybe at Princeton/Harvard/Yale or Valdosta State Univ etc
Guess it's easy to speculate sitting on my sofa.

Maybe this answers a lot of questions, or some questions about RG leaving and where Georgia stood when RG went in another direction.
Have to be honest. If Toby Johnson had signed with Auburn or Oklahoma or any other D1 school, it would not have bothered me that much. Reason . . . . some things cannot be controlled, there is a lot of talent out there among junior college and high school football teams.
In my opinion, what happens after these young men sign with any program, the only thing that matters after the signature . . . . the ability to coach these young men. Some coaches are better than others, we at UGA know that statement to be true.
Welcome Toby Johnson, you have made a wise choice when it comes to playing defensive end. From Athens to the NFL you will go, Todd Grantham understands that position better than some.
