Good comments guys. Our O should be crazy good.
Out D might lack in known name individual talent in the
beginning, but hopefully they will still be solid with great team
play until the new stars emerge.

Appears we see another sign of decision making by Mark Richt. Straight forward. Definitely a change from the past. Decision made on Malcolm Mitchell without blinking. This is good.
Also, Jay Rome appears ready to give basketball up for full time football. (Appears)
This makes me think that Jay and Malcolm have had some serious conversation about playing two positions or two sports. Really hope that Jay stays with football, loads of talent, just need to continue to "want" to be the best.

The following comment by AM reinforces my thinking that he will return for the 2013 Season.
Quarterback Aaron Murray, speaking after Richt’s post-practice media session was over, said he read Richt’s comments about Mitchell on Twitter.
“I saw a tweet on that,” Murray said. “I’m happy for Malcolm because I’ve talked to him about it. I think he feels great about just being able to focus on one position. I know he wanted to think big and play offense and defense and special teams, but it’s tough playing all those positions. Not saying he can’t do it because he probably is one of the best athletes on our team and one of the best athletes in the country. If he wants to be a DB, if he had a whole offseason to do just that, I think he’d be great. I definitely think he’s more comfortable on offense. I think he enjoys offense. I’m definitely happy he’s back on offense, that’s for sure.”

See where Willie Martinez was hired to coach the Tennessee Safties. AM has to love that hire also! Mitchell and the other receivers are also doing "high fives" . . . . Show'em what you got Willie. :woohoo:
