averagedawg, saw the same thing on the tube this morning. This is going to be one heck of a "chess match".

And my Notre Dame fan at work texted me yesterday with 'Bama 36, UGA 10. He's already talking about how the Notre Dame defense can handle the 'Bama offense. There has been NO discussion of UGA. We're down in the weeds, right where we want to be.

Stop the run, guys. Make AJ beat us. Then expose that 'Bama secondary - it's the only "weakness" in that defense. Adrenaline is already starting over here.:S

Speaking of the 'Bama secondary, I am hearing that they are going to go with three cornerbacks for the Ga game.

Note to AM: If 'Bama sends out 3 corners, that means one of the best LBs in college football is drinking a Gatorade. Count the corners. Think "TE" or "RB".

Imo, the Dawgs had better pay attention to THE 1st play of the game. The pre-game coin toss will be a waste of time because BAMA's MO is to always take the ball if they win the toss and UGA's MO is to defer so either way BAMA is getting the ball first.

The coaches better be ready for a tight running formation with Cooper the only wideout and they may run a play action deep ball to Cooper to start the game. If they want to do an "in your face" play, they could also do CMR's fake running play and hold the ball with the QB's back to the line and then hit Cooper deep.

Point is......be aware of the long ball on the 1st play.....BAMA will have the 1st play and may want to uncharacteristically surprise us.

(just crossed my mind last night because we are going to load the box at times....REALLY having fun over thinking)

Pat Forde says Georgia doesn't even have a CHANCE to win this game. Not even a CHANCE.

Well . . . what do YOU think?

Ask him what happens if a #29 knocks AJ out of the game.

Do they even have a backup?? (kidding but couldn't tell you his name)
