In the Navy, the Officer's creed is: "I will not lie, cheat, or steal, nor tolerate those among us who do." Once we got out of boot camp, the REAL WORLD creed was: "I will lie, I will cheat, and I will steal - whatever it takes to MAKE IT HAPPEN (and look good doing it)." Also, "I will NEVER rat out a shipmate."
There is no such thing as "losing with honor". Not anymore. Win, baby. Whatever it takes, win. Or go home.
In fact, now I will explain what I mean by "at all costs". Jan Kemp is no longer at UGA (God rest her soul, and I mean that). Atlanta Federal Penitentiary and Reidsville have GOT to have a few felons who could pass for 20 years old and with low 4 second 40s. And with proper "tutors", should be able to score in the mid 1200 range on the SAT. Combine that with wealthy boosters who can pay the cops to stay off their backs, just like at LSU. That should do the trick. Look at the Alabama and LSU rosters. Did you see the introductions for that game? Those were 20 year old "kids"? Give me a break. They were hardened criminals intent on hurting other individuals. Those MEN have the physical skills needed to win championships, and the "tutelage" to "win" in the classroom. Now THAT is a winning formula:
Felons + Low 4 second 40s + excellent "tutors" + boosters with bucks = CHAMPIONSHIPS
Gimme some o' that!
