The fact is I would prefer that CMB would just miraculously become a super OC and we did'nt have to find another OC,however,the likelihood of that happening are pretty slim. It is possible though that over the next few months of studying and listening he could become an adequate OC and all our problems would be solved. Is that a chance UGA can afford to take?

No coat tail riding here. I have been calling for Richt/Bozo's head for longer than most if not all on this board and have even owned the web domain MarkRichtmustgo. com and BoboMustgo.com for a few years.

I have studied game film for years and I strongly feel that our vanilla offense, further weakened by offense line woes have cost us many many games. It is not the 25-30 points a game they score, it is the numerous 3 and outs, as I said before sometimes we score too quick, lol, defense doesn't have time to rest, turnovers at in-op tmes.

You and I both know the game is much more than x and o. You have to have the right players and coaches for the system/schemes you want to run. With all our 4-5 star recruits it is obvious to me and others that isn't happening.

I don't want to get banned again so I'll quit right now, and agree to disagree.


On another note, I guess we will see how good Saban rebounds losing his OC and a lot of stars of this years team. Rebuild or Reload ?

I've given up on Bobo. LSU and Michigan State confirmed it. I wasn't so much upset that we struggled against those defenses - they're pretty darned good. I was more depressed that we kept calling the same running plays into the teeth of their strengths. I guess the hope was that our O-Line would wear them down, but it seems like the opposite happened - our O-Line got worn down. And we didn't have a running back, but we kept giving it the ole "college try", only to have defensive linemen hitting our backs 2 and 3 yards deep. From reading this site and practically every single other account, I would say I wasn't the only one baffled by the play calling.

To answer bulldawg36869, I guess we'll have to wait and see. I know they won't have to do MUCH rebuilding, given that they have had strong recruiting class after strong recruiting class, and their DC is still there. That's what got 'em to the dance this year, so they'll probably be dancing again next year.

Yep....they will re-load, count on it.

I really don't know how we could be negative on Bobo after the LSU game. He gave the players plenty of chances. MSU, a little confused but can still understand.

Bulldawgs36869, I have never said I liked Bobo or not, but if you watched film, or studied this year, who led the SEC in 1st downs. Going to bet the time of possession should have been pretty good too.

Defense is what wins in this league. Defense plays dominant, you win more games.

Wart, I speak on what I read. Go back and re-read you own post, when is the last one you haven't had something to say about CMR or Bobo, or a comment pertaining to someone defending them. That my friend is bashing. Get over it. I guess calling OJ a murderer would be disrespectful too?

That's my problem thriller..

It's not "not winning NC's" or anything like that. It's about how we go about doing
things... calling the same plays over and over again from our playbook that only seems
to have 6 plays in it. Many have said it, and I agree completely that it doesn't take
a rocket scientist to prepare for us, and lord help us if they have a DC capable of
making half time adjustments. We never seem to be ready for that.. we just stand there
looking bewildered that what worked for us earlier isn't working any more.
