Rodgers weighs 196 lbs - no comparision to CT 163 or so

So we shouldn't give any player a scholarship if there under sized for there position?
Guess we need to pull jay jays too then and Zander's o and Brandon hartons and wait isnt Aaron Murray to short to be a NFL quarterback?

Yes, do not renew Brandon Harton's,he was a walk-on anyway. As for Murray, we are talking about college football not NFL.
This is about student/athletes winning ball games not a good guy coach rewarding Harton for practicing hard. If they cannot contribute regularly they do not need to be on scholarship.
If CT was recruited as an athlete what has he done besides RB?.He is listed as RB on the roster and I can not recall him doing anything else. If he was a return specialist or special teams standout I could see it. I imagine he is your friend which is why you always take up for him, I applaud your loyalty, kind of reminds me of the loyalty Richt had for Martinez and still has for Bozo. I have nothing personal against CT- don't know him- and I am sure he could be an all american at a FCS or Div II school. Just too small to CONSISTENTLY contribute in UGA's style of offense.
No wasted scholarships contributes to added depth to areas of need. UGA needs 85 scholarship players that contribute.(excluding medical hardships)
I know my opinion is in the minority on this, but remember The definition of Idiot- doing the same things over and over and expecting different results. Pounding 160-170 running backs between the tackles in the SEC over and over and expecting different results is IDIOTIC.
And not one time I have ever heard anyone say/or read Jarvis Jones or Alexander Ogletree are too small to play college football.
With that said GO DAWGS ! Win the first 1 of 14 in a row.

Your not getting it. I don't have time to argue.
And to answer your question nope never meet CT. I know a few guys on the team but not him.

Warrick Dunn was also used effectively in college. I'm not saying Thomas doesn't deserve a scholarship, but he needs to be used to his strengths. Dunn was used frequently for swing passes, sweeps, and screens--plays that would get him outside where his speed and elusiveness made up for his size. Had Dunn been run up the middle on 3rd and 5 80% of his carries as Thomas has been, most people would be like, Warrick who????
