I can say with 100% certainty that any gator fan I have spoken too now wishes Urban would contract VD and move to Saint Helena to rot (not that any gator fan knows where Saint Helena is or that it exists or that anyone was ever exiled there).

Meyer is a slimeball mercenary.

Tebow left Florida, and he split as well. I don't believe a word about health concerns. It was
all a convenient set up for him to get out of Dodge after he sold out UF's future.

Funny how he didn't return to coaching until OSU had a soon to be stud QB coming up.

He'll go there... ride another stud to a couple of shots at the NC, and eventually he'll
leave them in the lurch as well.

Urban Meyer is like Phil Jackson. Give him the best player in the league for a few years
and he'll graciously return to coaching. Let him sell the teams future out to get the
rings while he can, and then he'll return to the booth where he can pontificate about
his Zen status as a worshiped football guru. UM doesn't care about UF or OSU. He just cares
about UM. You'll never see him take over a down program and build it up, or stay with one
through a couple of lean years. Never.

Have to believe that OSU and the NCAA have come to a meeting of the minds. Also believe that Urban Meyer knows what the result of that outcome is at this point. Probably figures into his "coming out party" at this point.

The Bull Gators down this way will work as hard as their money will carry and allow them to prevent Florida football talent joining forces with Urban and OSU. The Bull Gators (yes there are many, bankers etc) that are totally against Urban's approach to gaining notoriety, especially with the talent that is in the State of Florida.

Much concern down this way with Muschamp. Talking with a few folks in the past few days, Meyer signing with OSU has put a scare into those that know what has to be done to prevent the gators from falling any further in the college football world. First off many don't like the fact that he played for UGA. Secondly they are discussing his record with Texas. Seems that they don't see any national championships with Muschamp and Weis, looking at what their previous teams did with talent.

Muschamp has put on an air of being something that he has not proven to be as yet. Saban speaks highly of Grantham, not too many words for Muschamp. Saban could have most any assistant coach that he wants and who is it of his former assistants he chose . . . Kirby Smart. The Bull Gators recognize that also, these folks are about winning and the cost means zero.

End with this little ditty. Urban Liar Meyer got the hell out of Dodge City before being bounced. Athletic Director Foley was on the spot and he does not like that. Bull Gators have a way of getting rid of losers. Meyer was definitely on his way out and then came up lame.

Do not be surprised if you see Charlie Strong in Gainesville . . . . soon. Yes, you heard it here first. Not AJC FIRST! Just first.

Who in the SEC really gives a Rats Ass about urban meyer? When he is lucky enough to play an SEC team he's going to get his ass handed to him like all those before him and those to follow, which wont take long.

It seems to me that Meyer used his brief stint at ESPN as a recruiting tool for OSU.
All the perfume in the world won't take the stink off of this skunk.
