Think at one point there was mention of Grantham and what might be in store for him down the line. Some agreed, others said wait and see. Same was said about Richt after he began to move UGA football back into prominence. Wait and see, that is not a do all or know all, it is wait and see.
Anyone watch the pregame warmup . . . . . Richt in the middle of the players . . . . if you have not seen that, play it back and take a look. He is the head coach and needs to show some damn emotion. Yes I have been told over and over that he is not an emotional man . . . . I say he found it against Abuurn. Was time for Richt to take on the emotions that Grantham has shown since arriving. You go Todd, Erk loves it, and apparently many of these colleges looking for coaches do also. That would be a sad day for UGA.
Apparently Grantham's mouthpiece seems to think that he is worth a lot these days, even though some said he failed in Cleveland (that did not make sense) knowing the makeup of that franchise over many years. More than willing to debate that issue.
This is a really good football team, they have finally put things together. Not one person is responsible for that in my opinion. Think it started with the day McGarity arrived on campus. Starts there and appears that all decisions will end there. This season in my mind in a TEAM effort and I like that a lot. Sometimes it takes a boot in the butt to get things moving, wherever that boot landed, it did get this team moving forward.
Go Dawgs, after Kentucky, we can and will beat LSU. This group of tigers have not played a team that can play offense and defense. UGA can. One man's opinion.

Been away guys, not trying to ignore the family here:)
I was at the game saturday, in the top secgtion, and it was mostly AU fans. 1/3rd were gone by halftime (having participated in a few adult beverages that afternoon, I happily bid them a safe journey!!!!!!!!!)
Well, I am about to do an about face....................but startingt with the UT game, seems paly calling is a little bit better. Is Bobo better? or is it the players getting better? I don't know, but if CMR wins the east, and beats LSU, I hate to say it, but Bobo has to come back.
I know, I have been on Bobo for three years, but if he calls the next few games like he has done the past couple, maybe he is learning?????
I am gonna stand up here and swallow some humble pie
Bobo is calling more runs and QB bootlegs/runs/ lately/
Am I a heel?   :silly:

Have you seen that special on ESPN about the Abuurn/ Alabama rivalry?
Watch it and you will have a greater understanding of the true nature of that rivalry, not that
you don't already.
I'm a huge fan of college fb and I think I have a fairly healthy dislike of all of our rivals,
but the true pure hatred between Alabama and Abuurn is off the hook crazy. Like... unnatural
and unhealthy crazy. Like a lot of people need to get a real life and realize that actually killing
one another isn't really an acceptable part of the game.
I saw that show on ESPN also. Talk about hating your brother. I can say there are a few teams I get joy and pleasure out of defeating, but nothing like that. Nothing that consumes my time and energy that much. Those people need to get a grip on reality.

Seriously
If that's what it takes to win some sort of most heated rivalry award, then the state of Alabama
can have it.
God Bless and Go Dawgs

Thanks for the congrats...I hear ya on Bobo, BUT, I have a feeling the improved playcalling isn't from Bobo getting better. Players getting better? Yes. But I have a feeling the biggest difference in the first half and second half of the season to this point is the amount of time CMR spends with the headset on his head and not around his neck. I have a feeling he's taken over a good bit of the playcalling responsibility, or at least taken up "veto power."
Personally, I'm okay with keeping Bobo as a QB coach and if that means he has to keep the OC "title" next to his name, I'm good with that too...BUT only as long as CMR keeps calling the plays and/or keeps Bobo in check. There's no denying that Bobo and CMR have done a great job at developing QB talent in Athens over the last decade, but I think we've all seen over the previous 4 years where Bobo's unbridled playcalling was taking us.
