no more talk of a new coach

I think this win over the swamp lizards and the strong possibility of a SEC East title should take CMR off the hot seat. We tend to play to the level of the competition, but if we could win out the regular season with a whipping of the the NATS i'd be a happy DAWG !

There was no doubt in my mind that a loss on Saturday would have ended Richt's tenure in Athens. That may turn out to be the case anyway but I certainly didn't want it to be because of a loss to Florida. I would have had to listen to them crow about how they had gotten our coach fired. Good luck to CMR and the rest of the staff for the rest of the season.

I don't care who the coach is. There is only one thing. Winning. After winning the only thing that counts is winning too. And other than that, beating Florida, which is also winning.

At some point thriller... you need to bring winning, just winning, into the equation.

I could not disagree more. This should have been a 45-10 win for us. I do not care if it's Florida or not. I was at the game and I have never seen more vitriol toward a coach from fans before as I did during the first half.

I think if South Carolina loses to Arkansas and Georgia doesn't win the east, CMR should be fired.

Even then, I still don't think his job should be guaranteed if the Dawgs do play in Atlanta. It is entirely possible that Georgia could play in the SEC championship game and still finish the season with 3 consecutive losses.

I think if we lose another game that we shouldn't, CMR and company have to go.

We still need a new coach. The softness should be purged.
