My Thoughts on Florida

Buc, that's right. This game is by far the biggest in many, many years. If we can somehow pull out a win tomorrow, things change for the better, and I don't care if people DO want Richt gone, things still change for the better. If we lose tomorrow, it's curtains for Richt, but on a larger scale, our program recovery reverses. Tomorrow is about head coaches, yes, but it's also about the direction programs are going in.

We may be 5-2, but we haven't beaten a team with a winning record in I don't know how long. The combined won/loss records of the teams we've beaten are on the "L" side. I just heard this week that AM has never beaten a team with a winning record. Sobering to think about if true. I'm not even going to check.

Muschimp must go down in defeat tomorrow. I want this one to HURT . . . bad. I want Gay-tor nation to feel their "dynasty" slipping away. I want Muschimp to regret the cr@p he said about UGA. This game is on a different level.

thriller with the bag on your head . . . .

Florida does not have the depth on the interior that we do. If we get beat inside, don't know what to say.

If our offensive minds try to keep AM IN THE POCKET all during the game. . . . . all questions will be answered. If he is not accurate, but happens to have wheels . . . . what is the answer?

Should not say this but will . . . supposedly we had some receivers that were going to step up with the departure of AJ. Not going to call names, but all of the voices were drowned out by a FRESHMAN. That same FRESHMAN is not playing tomorrow . . . . is talk cheap . . . again.

Best group of tight ends in the country, could be, better than most conferences.

Frankly makes me a bit sick to my stomach to see all of the copy written by the sports writers about MM not playing tomorrow. Nothing positive being written about the receiving corps that we have. What does that say about our tightends and wide receivers in JAX tomorrow?

3:30 p.m. in JAX is not a time for excuses. I will watch the game with the rest of you and pull for the Silver Britches. Just play your hearts out young men, win or lose, there will be some folks that have to answer either way.

BulldogShannon, you are on target with the amount of enthusiasm "The Game" being played today has generated. Mentioned it in another post, folks down here are sitting on the edges of their seats. Both UGA and UF.

Crossed fingers . . . . :)
