What are the rules in the SEC on appealing rulings? Can UGA appeal what the SEC has done? If so, when they appeal is player still able to play while the appeal is being heard? (i.e. like any professional sport?)

If so, could we not appeal next Friday late in the day, and make them rule on it on Monday and still play the player in question, and then possibly lose them for New Mexico State....

If we appeal, we have to do it quickly and they would make a decision before the UF game.
