O-line question

born2bAdawg, there are three linemen (offensive) that I hope we land. Two have said they will suit up in the Red and Black, the other has been a UGA follower all of his young life. All three have that same attitude Ben Jones has exhibited.

Chester Brown I think is an incredible find. JTII will take these three, mold them, and it will be nothing like any of us have seen in a long time, maybe ever on the offensive line.

Might be that Friend also turns out to be what was needed to make the offensive line work. Appears that Richt is toughening his stance, all starts with leadership. Read an article that McGarity gave in a press conference, he is flat pushing, taking no prisoners. Making no bones about the money maker (football) reaching a higher plain.

Really feel that Grantham has a solid foothold on the defensive side. He is appreciated, the players can relate closely now that they understand the ins and outs of his teachings. Don't think that they are playing full speed yet, but it is a lot faster than they played in the 6-7 season. Some on this board have said it and I totally agree, this defense can only get better. Scary. That is where Alabama and LSU are now.

Yep, Theus, Brown, and that center. I can't remember his name but I know his initials are BK. If we land all three of those then opposing D's better watch out. About to watch Stafford and Johnson connect against the Bears. Only time I watch pro is when past Dawgs are playing.

Yea that is a hoot! Stafford says Johnson is hardest working player on team and loves his intensity.
