Hey SteveDawg, Yes I really got lucky that morning it was a thrill to say the least to meet him. Also when I would have to watch the Dawgs on TV, I would always turn down the volume on the TV and listen to munson call the game. He is just the BEST!!!!

I really hate to hear this news. Like it was said before, Larry will NEVER be replaced!! Larry was the MAN and will always BE THE MAN!!

Growing up, I didn't know there was another way to watch a game on TV. You would always listen to Larry. And when only listening on the radio, he described it in such a way that you felt you were there!

He always started each game the same way. "Get the picture...Dogs in red jerseys with white numbers, red helmets, and silver britches"
