This is a first for me...I've been reading everyone's comments since the game and just have no idea what to think/say about whatever the hell our coaches tried to do on Saturday. I've never been one to get onto Richt or Bobo, preferring to give the benefit of the doubt that, by being on the field with the team every day, they know something we don't. As soon as I watched the first offensive SERIES of the game my mind was quickly changed...and the next 58 minutes did nothing but solidify my new-found clarity.

Let's break down a player quote...

Said senior tight end Aron White: “I feel like we’re defending Coach Richt just like he defends us. We’re playing for him just like he’s coaching for us. We’re behind him 100 percent. I have complete confidence that all the players on this team are playing for Coach Richt, regardless of what we might agree with or not agree with."

"REGARDLESS OF WHAT WE MIGHT AGREE WITH OR NOT AGREE WITH"

You can easily read that as saying "we're not quitters, but other than that we
might agree with a lot of what is being said".

You can also take it as specifically as a comment directly towards the HC. "We are
still playing as hard as we can for Richt, despite the fact we disagree with what
our coaches are doing" lolol

My 7 year old son asked me what they were doing when they were in the shotgun and
the team was looking at the sidelines awaiting the audible. I told him the
entire team was looking at the coaches and saying "what? you want us to run that
AGAIN??? Are you sure????"

Good stuff.

For those who hump CMR daily, did you see what BSU's coach said about our defense?

I am paraphrasing: "They ran the scheme we knew they would. We just ran the plays we knew would work."

Enough said.

Welcome to reality Mike. Nice to have you here with us. You're not alone... I waited
until I saw a replay of the UCF bowl game this past weekend.

Latest out of the AJC. Incredible. This Dawg (me) at a loss for words. I really thought we were on the right path with McGarity, not sure now. He is tight lipped, understand his position, not sure I agree with his stance.
