wlayton, being totally serious with this post. What in the heck would we do if AM were sidelined. Happened to him at Plant in high school. These college folks are larger and faster, possibility is always there.

Bobo and Richt want this young man to stay in the pocket. What for, waiting for a receiver to get open, might never happen. Play the rookie . . . . oops, the freshman and move forward. He has speed and that extra second or piece of a second that might save our quarterback.

As bad as all of us are expressing our views about last nights performance, who wants to play without AM . . . . not me.

Fire the dumb asses that don't understand the capabilities of their players. We have more than one of the DA's walking the hallowed grounds of Sanford Stadium now. What will it take . . . . . said it before . . . . over and over again . . . . empty seats. Not fair to the players, they are trying. Most come from winning high school programs, then they get what . . . . . Richt/Bobo and now Grantham. I am not concerned, I am pissed.

Since this thread is on players....we have lost Tree to 4-6 weeks! ML might be running us up and down the field on saturday if someone doesn't step up and step up BIG. Surgery on his foot is the reasoning.

I really don't think tree would be the answer to stopping SC and ML, even if we had tree, it takes 10 others and from what I saw last night, there is no help. I saw at least 50 misses tackles, I do not know why our coaches can not teach these guys how to wrap their arms around a runner. I swear, it seems our guys are scared to get hit. All I heard in preseason, was how our D was hitting and how our D was going to be a force to recon with. You have got to know that SP will look at the BS film and come out with the short passes, then hit us with the bomb to jeffery. All he has to do is work short passes down the field then turn ML lose and he will score from the 20. As stated on another thread, CMR wants to get fired, he does not want to resign and feel like he let his players down. He does not care about UGA fans, he has proven that time and time again. He is the coach, he knows what he is doing ect.

I know we are all pissed, but the facts speak for themself and we are just a lazy out of shape team with no desire to win.

It makes total sense why everyone was so excited about what they saw out of Gathers and the rest of the D-line during summer practice. Hell, they were going up against our O-line during practice and were looking like superstars. Even more, they had to defend only 3 different plays during practice as Boise did in the game last night... Our boys are being lured into a false sense of accomplishment... Pathetic!!!

uga.dawgs, best post, most authentic post I have read since the Boise State game. You are absolutely 100% right.

Yeah but our defense did practice against the scout team that was supposedly trying
to imitate Boise... and we had a former Boise QB there to help. They still looked
like they had never seen what Boise does.
