Reading Belue's blog today and he is saying let AM throw the ball 40 times......yes FORTY.....put the ball in his hands and we will beat BSU.......said something about the BSU defensive front being all that etc. etc. and his last remark killed me and I quote "Coach Bobo is a smart man. He will mix it up, but I'd be willing to bet he is ready to attack with the passing game."
Bobo, smart, and mix it up in the same sentence.....hahahahahaaa
ogredawg, I try not to say too much about players and ex-players. Belue is not one to be judging or grading the gray matter of any coach. I read some of Belue's scribblings to get a good laugh. He has always been a BFF with Bobo gotta Gogo . . . . :woohoo:
understand where you are coming from Buc......but Belue always had the "big head" even when he was in high school.....he will let you know in no uncertain terms that HE won a NC at Georgia.......Herschel and Lindsey et al had nothing to do with it....he was always better at baseball anyhoo......
He can thank Lindsey for a certain catch that made him all that he thinks he is. ogredawg, have seen a lot of talent from your area going to different schools over the years, Belue does not rate on a scale of 1 to 50, much less top ten. My opinion.
back in the day Buc if you went to Valdosta and played QB you ended up playing QB for Georgia....Belue, Lastinger, Talley.....just the way it was back then....

Appears that we got a couple of young pups this recruiting year that have that old time flavor . . . . "win everything". Lot of fine players coming out of Lowndes also. Think that is where you went to school, right . . . . seems FSU has a solid foothold there.

So right ogredawg, even back in the day, Valdosta could beat many college teams. They were well coached and folks in South Georgia would accept nothing less than a State Championship.

yep old Plowboy (original) and Lowndes players are steered to the schools in Tallahassee and that other school in Alabama...hope Josh Harvey Clemons decides to go to Athens.....but doubtful....

We will lose to Mississippi State, Tennessee, Florida, Auburn, and Georgia Tech. Believe Paul Johnson will take a piece out of us again this year.
Our only wins will be Coastal Carolina, Ole Miss, Vanderbilt, Kentucky, and New Mexico State.
