I didn't say "run" by OSU grads, I said "controlled" by OSU alum. The distinction is important.

The distinction is noted, but I did not know OSU folks went to class and got degrees and all. I remain astounded.

Do you think Oklahoma State would be willing to throw their wrestling program (best all time) under the bus in order to join the SEC?

I like the idea of raiding the ACC and putting Florida State in the SEC West and Virginia Tech in the East.

If the SEC expands it will be about gaining new TV markets. To me, there are five teams in the general area that will help with that.
WEST
Tex AM. (Houston, San Antonio and Austin markets)
Cincinnati or Louisville ( overall large markets getting into Big 10 country)
EAST
Va Tech or West Virginia (Don't laugh, but those two schools are in the overall Wash, DC market, as well as also in that corrider where millions live within 2 hours either way)
My preference?
AM and Va Tech
1. I may be wrong but I don't think FSU gains THAT much in TV. We already have the flagship school in Florida as well as LSU and the NO market for the Florida panhandle.
2. Miami wouldn't be a good fit. No one in that market even watches college football

If TAM were to enter the SEC, would not only be a financial boost, recruiting would change considerably in that area. Oklahoma would have to look long and hard considering the Texas Network cranking up. Stoops is going to be heard from on this issue, and soon.
