I think RS will do ok as long as they run him up the middle. He dosent do well going side to side, he is a straight ahead mow um down kind of back. also sure they will put him in to protect AM. RS is a good DAWG for not being selfish and putting the team first, need more like him.

I think RS will be more of an asset blocking for AM. First of all he knows who to block and how. With his size, he can help AM.

That being said, I just don't think he's a good, instinctive RB.....powerful, yes but ONLY straight ahead. He can't make you miss and LB's in the SEC won't be intimidated or run over by him. Average RB at best...imo.

wlayton, you are correct as always. It's just nice to know we HAVE an average back at this point! :(

THAT my friend is very true!!! It is a good move by the staff, they didn't have much choice, huh? Have more LB's than RB's.

He will contribute to the offense.
I would guess his attitude as much as his athletic skills.
An impressive response to his position change.

Murray the most indespensible player in the SEC according to CFN/Scout. If Murray stays healthy he should be able to "shoulder" the load.......

1. Aaron Murray - QB, Georgia
Much like Lockett, Aaron Murray carries the weight of a football program and his coach’s future on his shoulders heading into 2011. The consensus best quarterback in the SEC enters the season with a ton of question marks around him, including no A.J. Green, an offensive line that is always overrated and a running back corps that is getting thinner by the day. Georgia has had some stellar freshman seasons from quarterbacks over the years, but Murray’s 3,049 yard, 24 touchdown campaign last season is arguably better than any of them. The direction of the Georgia football program may be determined by the first two games of the season against Boise State and South Carolina. With so many other questions surrounding him, Murray has to come out playing
