Of course he was. Tressell has been dirty since the 80's it seems. He was just a very convenient scapegoat for OSU.

The term "scapegoat" comes from the Old Testament. The sins of the Israel were laid on the head of a goat and it was led into the wilderness to die with the sins of Israel on it. But the goat itself was innocent, it wasn't guilty of the sins of Israel. Tressell tain't an innocent scapegoat with the sins of the tribes laid upon him.
