Could be a bit tougher for Lattimore to move foward like he did last season.

Depth concerns me.
Charles has stepped it up.
Richt needs to open it up.
I pray we stay healthy.

Hey Fellas, been out awhile. Work has been a little crazy the last couple of months. Plus, warm weather equals more time trying to learn how to play golf.

I agree on the incoming class. Has been a lot of hype. I kind of get the feeling the talk has been more to remind current players, its now or never. I hope it is being used as motivation for guys to bust their tails in the weight room, and in practice because we've got kids coming in that will. Example would be Geathers. Something seems to have lit a fire under him. Still needs to be toned down.

KD and Buc, agree on KG and JJ. Both need to be on the field, especially against usc. Charles will be an AA is used correctly. First time really seing KM, liked what I saw.

AllDawgs5, good to see you back.

Agree with stopping Lattimore. Make SS throw the ball. He could not cope with a 3/4 in the pros, and I think we have a pro on the D side that has a score to settle. Glad you are back.

Speaking of Charles, got me to thinking about Marlon Brown.

I wonder if Marlon came to UGA and maybe became a bit intimidated. By that I mean, AJ is here, Charles and some other good receivers. Does not leave a lot of room, especially if you are having a problem learning routes and things related to that.

Best I remember, Marlon came from a high school that did not play some of the tougher teams in Tennessee. Competition definitely makes you better or causes pause as to how good you really are. Watching Marlon in the All Star game prior to signing on with UGA, looked like the perfect replacement for AJ. Something happened when he stepped on campus to delay his progress. Attitude, talent, don't know. Also could be that the entire team the last couple of years has been pulled down by some with attitudes in the field house.

What I gather from reading on the internet, not too many folks are predicting big things from Marlon Brown this season. Something is still amiss. Maybe some of you have the answer or an opinion.

averagedawg, Charles is a worker, and a talent. High school that he played for (Plant) gets talent, teaches talent and runs their program a lot like the universities do. Football at Plant is like football was and is at Valdosta.

Just curious about Marlon Brown. Would love for him to step it up as you say averagedawg, this season.

Buc, No doubt that AJG casted a big shadow and huge shoes to fill. He is gone so there is an empty stage awaiting the next go to. Maybe we can have three good rec on field that would force the DB's to cover and not be able to double. I just have the feeling that AM will be able to pass to more than one "guy" this year just may come to be MB. "Go Dawgs"

Go Dawgs!
