thriller.....most likely it wasn't the one's vs. the one's. Looks like the #2 offense against the #1 D. Too early for one's vs one's......

Best I remember thriller, Bruce Figgins came to Athens with a reputation of carrying "nasty" in his bag of tricks. Young man can catch also. AM might have an incredible year with some of the folks that will be surrounding him. Personally, hoping for an Oline that is two deep, or close to two deep.

Actually like the fact that the D had two interceptions. Few years back under our defensive coordinator, would not have happened. Think that Lakatos was a good hire.

Junior Day on Thursday, also think that the practice is closed to the press. Let these young recruits, potential Dawgs, get to watch and not have folks in their face with cameras and microphones.

Boise State ain't laying down for anyone. Truthfully, they put more fear in this old body than SS and his troops. We come away from Atlanta with a victory, makes SS know that Saturday in Athens is not fun . . . . . anymore. Understand that they have Lattimore, big time football player, proved that his freshman year. Georgia just might have "several" backs that want to play this year, both speed and power.

Can't remember when I have approached a season with the optimism I have with this bunch. Talent is there, we all know what needs to be done, and it appears that the coaching staff does also. Will watch the Oline closely in the Spring game. Still think that is where our season is made or lost. :)

Buc, thriller......love it that BF is in the backfield. Can you imagine him as a lead blocker???!!!!! Plus catching a few balls, great hands and will be a beast to bring down......he could keep the chains moving for us on many 3rd down situations.

Great idea from either CMR or MB. Obvious they are taking the same stance CTG is taking by putting ALL the best players he can on the field.

wlayton, again with you all the way. If we have BF, IC and any of the others, plus a quarterback that can haul the mail if need be, something has to give on the other side. With our tight ends, makes me think that we will see a lot of carries over 20 yards. AM has to be licking his chops. wlayton looks to me that Richt got the message and he is going balls to the wall . . . . . this year.

Might really need BF when we play South Carolina, know for sure one of their DE's is looking for the QB. With BF in the backfield, makes the Oline assignments a bit easier. Not as many double teams with BF lurking . . . . :)

Buc....BF is going to be a HUGE asset for AM. With BF blocking for him, it may be a little difficult for anyone getting around that beast. :woohoo: :woohoo:

wlayton, read somewhere this morning that Bruce weighed in at 270. By September he will probably lose some of that, he will however under Coach JT pack on some muscle. Bruce says that he is excited . . . . how damn scary is that for someone trying to "harm" AM. Working in a pro style offense, this might improve BF's chances of sticking in the NFL.
