I don't believe can turn it around either.....gotta show me as well.

First of all, CMR probably could care less about reading this forum and secondly, don't really think he needs to be reminded of the "situation" he's in. I'm sure it will be on his mind, his wife's mind, his kids minds and his dog's mind 24/7 for the next 10 1/2 months.

I'm with you guys, I want a new HC/staff as well. We know the problem.

wlayton, times have changed from when we grew up. The internet is basically the same as a group of friends sitting around a coffee table chatting when we were growing up. And yes, after a bad season, I would talk to my friends about it up until the start of the following season. Same as after a good season. Fact is, I just enjoy talking football with friends. It's just that in this day and age, it's public. I can talk with you, Buc, kd, everyone from all across the country, and world, whereas in my youth, it was confined to people in my neighborhood. Point is, whether Richt cares or not, or needs to be reminded or not, it's just good ole fashioned football talk, that is put in a public light, and anyone has the option to read it or not.

Very cool and am with ya all the way. Guess I thought all the bashing was just saying the same things over and over, kinda like my wife says that I do all the time. :woohoo: :woohoo:

sadlerdawg, you put it extremely well. You, wlayton and averagedawg can get it said in far fewer words that I can. I try at times to tone it down, just doesn't seem to be my style.

I fear if we let up too much, some will take that as us accepting "their policies", had enough of that.

Allow me this . . . .
If Richt comes out next season and he is on top of his game, makes "head coaching decisions" . . . I can roll with that. I don't hate Richt, I hate the lack of leadership that he has shown for far too long. I think he is stubborn, to a fault. I will hold his words against him about some of us not "understanding the game", he said that is for those that have been on the field. For sure he did not see a lot of playing time, college or pro.

One of the best informed and to the point folks on this board in my opinion is kentdaddy. KD said that he did not play football, makes me respect his opinions even more, means that he had to pick football up on his own. Richt played, so I have to ask myself, what is his excuse. As KD said, he did participate in other arenas and going back to the conversation that he and LimeyDawg had on this board about martial arts, they were not without a backbone.

Truthfully, I think that the game is close to passing Richt by. Apparently he is a good recruiter, question is what is he doing with the talent that he recruits. Last couple of years something has gone wrong, and he is supposedly wearing the hat. Might just be McGarity will put a halt to the EXCUSES. Hope so. Love UGA. Also, doubt seriously that I will become short winded.
