Smart would be not smart to make a lateral move to Florida.

I did not know Muschamp lived in Gainesville all those years. Knowing that he is tainted and better off down I-75 with the Cafe Risques and jorts wearers.

You know all the doctors. Hook me up! They can do my shoulder too and tell me what the heck I did to it.

What did you do to hurt your shoulder?.......Basketball?

I have no real idea.

The only thing I did out of the norm was while sitting on the couch I reached back behind me over my head and picked up my 2 year old several times.

I was using the shoulder muscles and not the triceps as the tris were sore from working out. I tried lifting last night and it did not go well. I normal dumb bell press around 100 lbs per hand but backed down to 90 to see what happens. My left had no push whatsoever. I backed down to 70 and the same thing happened. I even went down to 50 and it was very hard with my left hand.

I can do push ups but it feels like my left should has been in a cast for 6 months or something.

Could be a rotator problem (hopefully not a tear.....you would know because you would have pain), or you could have hurt where the pec muscle attaches. Reaching back like that could have done that for sure. I'll ask my wife, she use to be a practicing neuromuscular therapist.

She fixed my shoulder one time by working on the rotator and the pec. You may want to go get a neuromuscular clinical massage (it WILL hurt btw).
