I like Todd Grantham less and less every game

averagedawg, Houston is a classic case of a young man getting his head together. Someone got into his head and kept him on the straight and narrow. Will pay dividends for him. Hard to keep many of these young men focused on education and football. I think that he might stay at UGA. Yes, I am ready for the money talk to follow after that statement. One more year in CTG's system can only improve his draft status.

averagedawg, you understand the UGA/Tech thingy more than many on this board. You have lived that rivalry for many years. Say this for Tech, they sure as heck played their hearts out. Their sideline was alive. Wonder how UGA would have done without AM? Just a passing thought. Think RabunDog said it . . . we don't seem to have that fire in the gut.

Houston is gone. He is listed on some NFL draft boards as the #1 rush DE in the draft.

Well, while we are wishing, let's add AJ to that Christmas list.

Let's just remember back when Saban brought the 3-4 to bama. 6-6 first year, and a loss to La-Monroe AT HOME.

Our starting NT is Tyson, who weighs 290. He needs to be at DE in this scheme--AND gain 10 pounds. TG has NO DLman worth a crap right now. He has 3 stars and 3 stars learning a new scheme.

In year three, if this is still happening, THEN he sucks.

remember, he wasthe DC for the Cleveland Browns when they snuck up and went 11-5 a few years back and the 10th rated defense in the NFL.

I may be naive, but if you can be one of the top 1/3rd defenses in the NFL, and scheme against the Steelers, the patriots, etc, you can scheme against SC, UF, and Auburn.

Give TG a chance!! I think our issues are in this order:

1. Recruiting approach/results
2. OL strength
3. Strength and conditioning/Van Halenger
4. Bobo
5. New scheme on defense.
6. Richt

Just my 2 cents
