OSD, guess that some have that attitude. There is such a thing as justice served also.
On the boards that I have participated on for some time, one thing that could get me started quicker than anything was a "cut blocking team". Hated to see teams do that, notable and probably the worst team over the years was the Denver Broncos. Close second to that team in college was and has been Auburn.
After the second illegal shot by Fairley, I was in the middle of the floor waving and screaming for our Dawgs to PLEASE CUT THIS FOOL. High grades for Davis coming real close to breaking a leg or ankle on Fairley. Came real close, got his attention. That is maybe the one thing that our offensive line has done so far that totally impressed me. That shows there is no fear from the good guys.
How an official can flag that chop block effort and not throw a flag for the helmet shot in the middle of AM's back seems to me somewhat one sided. The referee had a perfect view of the shot on AM . . . . no flag. This seems to be an ongoing problem in the SEC, thugs playing football and blind officials. Included in that blind statement, Clive. Remember the call against AJ in the endzone against LSU. This borders on ridiculous.
Yes, I said it folks, broken leg, broken ankle, wished for that. This idiot will end up ruining some promising young players career if this is allowed to continue. This was not the first time that Fairley has done this, it has occured in every game he has played. Slive knows about this, he catches enough heat this week, it will be interesting to see how he defends the officials.
Dawgs, next year between the hedges, mark your calendars.
One more thing, I sure as hell hope that Bama chops his ugly ass, Saban knows how. Turn a couple of offensive studs loose and put him on the sidelines or some place where fractures are repaired.
